At Wild Volition, we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. Because we believe in intentional choices, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with yours. If the fit or feel isn't what you expected, we are here to make it right.
1. The Return Window
We accept return requests within 3 days and exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchanges (Recommended)
We want you to wear your power, not return it.
Size Exchanges: If the size isn't perfect, we offer a seamless exchange process.
Cost: We offer one free exchange per order. We will handle the pickup and shipping of the new size at no extra cost to you.
3. Refund Calculation & Fees
If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, please note the following deductions to cover the logistics costs incurred:
Non-Refundable Fees: COD handling fees (₹50) is paid to our logistics partners and are non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup Fee: A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the courier picking up the item from your location.
4. Refund Process
Prepaid Orders : The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
COD Orders: Since we do not have your bank details for COD, our team will contact you for your UPI ID or Bank Account details once the return is approved. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Our quality is our signature. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:
Please email us at info@wildvolition.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
In these cases, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at zero cost to you.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@wildvolition.com with your Order Number and the reason for the request. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours.
