At Wild Volition, we believe in intentional choice, and that includes clear, transparent logistics. We aim to get your statement pieces to you as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Processing Time
Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification and approval. This typically takes 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.
Ready for Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 2–4 business days after the order verification is complete.
Exclusions: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with Shiprocket to utilize the most reliable courier services across India.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and pincode serviceability.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and your location. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Standard Shipping Fee: For all COD orders, a standard shipping fee of ₹ 50 as COD handling will apply.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience.
Availability: COD is available for all oders.
COD Fee: A small non-refundable COD Handling Fee of ₹ 50 is charged per COD order. This fee covers the costs charged by our shipping partner (Shiprocket) for cash collection and is displayed at checkout.
Important: Orders are only dispatched after a mandatory phone verification for all COD purchases.
5. Non-Delivery and Returns
If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package (including COD refusals), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
The original shipping fee and the COD handling fee are non-refundable in the case of returns or refusal of service.
